Jamhour Alumni Us is an non-profit alumni association organized in 2004 under New York State laws. It is a 501 c(3) non-profit, non-political organization, founded by a group of Jamhour Alumni (Anciens de Jamhour). The association’s needed a redesign of their website to present the organization and incorporate a CRM specifically for non-profits for fundraisers, events and donations called NeonCRM. They have one annual dinner and required a way to sell ticket through the website.
Polished Technologies, LLC custom modified and developed a responsive WordPress-based website based on the custom designs made by Clarise Frechette Designs, LLC. We incorporated NeonCRM as requested by Jamhour. In addition, Polished Technologies also built a way for users to sign up for more information where their information is captured on the backend. The information can be exported into an Excel document to be imported into NeonCRM. Both NeonCRM and the donation page directly are both integrated with the association’s PayPal account. Polished Technologies manages and maintains the website and NeonCRM platform. We also act as a liaison between Jamhour and NeonCRM help desk and staff.
